We will send the email to the primary contact. This contact will serve as the administrator for the site and can add additional users with specified privileges. The invoice can be sent to multiple users. Please reach out to your sales representative for access if you do not have an account.

At this time, online payment is not mandatory but we encourage you to pay your invoices online.
Yes. The invoice will be attached to the email notification.
Yes. You will still be able to log into the portal, view, download and pay your invoices if you receive a paper bill.
